1- Payment
All the payments initiated by the fans will be sent to artists and the fans will earn badges. The badges are the rewards for fans. Both fan and artists activities will be displayed on www.aidartists.com for public view.
2- Shipping Policies
Once fan sent any amount of donation payment to any artist that will be sent to beneficiary account within next 24 hours.
3- Refund/Return Policy
Once fan sent any amount of donation payment to any artist that cannot be refunded as the payment will directly go to the beneficiary account and as a non-profit service provider we have no control on that transaction.
4- Right to Information
In any unavoidable circumstances if
www.aidartists.com is not able to send the collected money to the artist within next 24 hours, then the artist can contact us to get update on that matter.
5- Complaints
Any complaints may be sent to our support team: support@aidartists.com. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually, and the fan/artist will be in contact as well.
6- Legalities
Any fraud activities will be reported to the local administrations. As user of the website you can raise a case using the email: support@aidartists.com. These terms and conditions are subject to change.
